MIST 2019 Information

Welcome to MIST 2019! - September 14 & 15. Below is some key information, including check-in procedures:

  • All rosters will need to be submitted as an attachment via email prior to the start of the tournament. Please contact the tournament director if you have questions.
  • Check in will be be at the location of your first game. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first game on Saturday to check in.
  • Items required for check-in: Payment if due and release form (roster and passes should be available throughout the tournament).
Tournament Play;
  • See rules on Rules also include scoring procedures, and bracket champion selection process.
  • All games are two 25 minute halves with a 5 minute half-time and start on the hour.
  • Tents and coolers are allowed. Absolutely no alcohol or smoking permitted. No animals allowed in any of the facilities.
  • Teams in brackets of 4 will have an extra game, so will play one opponent twice. The first meeting will not count.
  • Teams in brackets of 6 will only play 4 games.
  • Awards will be distributed at Salt Meadow and Exchange after the final game in every bracket. Please arrange for pick-up of medals if you cannot attend as they will not be mailed.
Tournament Locations & Parking:
  • Some changes to the schedule may occur, but only in a rare occurrence as the fields are essentially full. All changes will be done by 12:00pm on Friday and will be emailed out. Please direct your parents to the MIST tournament website for the most up to date schedule.
  • Tournament website will be updated the week prior to the tournament.
  • Field maps will be updated by September 12th. Locations are at Surf Club on Surf Club Road (Exchange & Strong), and Salt Meadow 1362 Boston Post Rd.
  • Parking at Salt Meadow is limited and is only in designated areas. No parking on the grass, but parking is allowed on the Post Road. Carpooling to Salt Meadow is recommended. Absolutely no parking is allowed in the commercial parking lots across from the entrance of Salt Meadow.
  • Food concession stands will be available at Salt Meadow and at Exchange.
  • T-shirts will be available at Salt Meadow and Exchange.
  • Please remind your teams to clean up their team areas.
